10/18/13 It's been a while. my last post was when i was a freshman. Now I'm a junior. I'm 194 lbs. I've been working out off and on, but now I'm back on it. I've gained some fat, but not too much. I'm still stronger and bigger than I was back then. I have a new workout partner who has the same goals as me. She's a girl. But she's in it. for real. This is what I need to keep going. I will update more often. and post pics. This is a journal for me. See yall soon.
